Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Salesperson/ Cleaner to join our team. This role combines customer engagement with professional cleaning services, offering an opportunity to develop skills in sales and facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our cleaning services while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep. Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to promote our cleaning services and build lasting relationships
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning appointments with clients
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing various facilities
- Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of client premises according to company standards
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly
- Keep detailed records of service visits, client interactions, and maintenance activities
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, especially commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with an ability to engage customers effectively
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
Pay: $23.00 per hour
