Assistant Club Manager:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for health and fitness. We are here to serve our community and help everyone improve their health.
You must be willing to greet everyone who walks through the door by name, have a passion for helping people, and a willingness to learn new things. We are looking for a high energy, self-starter who can get things done even with flexibility in your days.
You will be responsible for touring and sales for new and future members, exceptional customer service for every person who walks in, calls, or emails. You are also responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility with the entire team.

You must take pride in your work; your care factor, and your ability to serve our membership base to remain the top rated gym in the city. If you genuinely care about people, we can teach you the rest. A positive, outgoing personality is critical.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Membership Sales —
We use a proven system that helps our members overcome their own roadblocks to starting a fitness program.
Club Promotional Marketing —
We love the creative "guerrilla" type marketing! We do use traditional marketing strategies (social media, direct mail etc), but we really prefer the creative stuff. A good understanding of how to use social media is a must, as you'll be responsible for posting every day, responding to comments, leads, basic video editing in CapCut. etc.
Facility Upkeep & Cleaning --
We pride ourselves on the upkeep and cleanliness of the facility - maintaining the facility to our top-notch cleaning standards is a must.
Community Involvement —
We love being a part of the local community! There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business. We actively participate in community-sponsored events.
Networking / Employee Wellness —
We work with a network of local and national employers and insurance companies that try to encourage their employees to lead healthier lifestyles. Making contacts is the first step—then we try to find a solution that helps everyone.
Team Building —
Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to ensure success in the position. Your core team consists of personal trainers, part time front of house, and your Club Manager.
Member Experience —
The most important aspect of all! Is your club amazing? Do your members love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers? We pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and aim to make each member's and guest's experience exceptional! Do you have this effect on people?
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is a must.
Pay
Note: pay listed is the flat hourly rate. There are commission and bonus structures in place for hitting targets and membership sales.
Staffed Hours:
Staffed hours are subject to change based on season and scheduled events. Typical hours are scheduled between:
Monday-Thursday: 10am-9pm
Friday: 10am-6pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm
Sundays 11am-4pm
Some weekend events occur during the summer months.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
