What You’ll Do
- Create a fresh, clean, and inviting space by making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock guest amenities so every stay feels seamless and cared for.
- Remove trash and room service items promptly to keep rooms and hallways tidy.
- Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and any lost or found items to the appropriate team.
- Use cleaning products and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE’s) safely and responsibly.
- Support your teammates by helping with special projects, deep cleans, and training new team members.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to requests and ensuring a memorable stay.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
What You Bring
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset.
- A passion for guest service and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties, including pushing/pulling housekeeping carts and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training is an asset (training can be provided).
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Regularly standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Use of cleaning agents and protective equipment.
- Majority of shifts are between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with flexibility based on business needs.
