Job Summary
Infinite Outsourcing Solutions is currently hiring experienced Walkie Operators / Material Handlers for a leading logistics and distribution facility in Winnipeg, MB.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating electric walkie pallet jacks (single and double pallet jacks), moving products throughout the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Training and certification on equipment will be provided for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate electric walkie pallet jacks (single and double).
- Transport pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load, unload, sort, and stage products for shipment.
- Pick and move orders accurately according to operational requirements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper product handling procedures.
- Perform general warehouse duties including housekeeping and organization.
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a Walkie Rider, Single Pallet Jack, Double Pallet Jack, or similar material handling equipment.
- Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Experience with RF scanners is considered an asset.
Requirements
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Ability to work the full shift schedule of Sunday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
