Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper Construction Labourer specializing in Hardscape projects. This role involves assisting with the installation and construction of outdoor landscapes, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features. .
Duties
- Assist in the layout and installation of hardscape interlocking features such as pavers, stonework, and concrete structures
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Prepare sites by excavating, grading, and setting forms for concrete pouring or masonry work
- Mix and pour concrete, perform finishing tasks including smoothing and sealing surfaces
- Install components such as drainage systems, retaining walls, or decorative elements according to specifications
Experience
- Prior experience in landscaping, construction, masonry, or related fields is highly desirable
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating is a plus
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or excavators is preferred
- Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques and masonry work will be beneficial
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics to execute precise installations a plus
