ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project managers and engineering teams in the successful delivery of projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in Edmonton and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Identify and escalate risks and issues as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in project coordination or project administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
