Overview
Xperience Life Chiropractic, a multidisciplinary wellness clinic in Calgary, is looking for a Physiotherapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be the sole physiotherapist in the clinic, giving you real ownership over building and growing your own caseload alongside our existing team of practitioners.
We're hiring on salary basis — you'll be a valued, secure member of our team, not an independent contractor. That means predictable, increasing pay year over year, with the stability of a long-term employment relationship. We're looking for someone who wants to put down roots and grow a career with us, not just fill a temporary opening.
Start date: September 1, 2026
Position type: Full-time preferred; we're also open to starting part-time with a clear path to full-time as your caseload builds

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions in an outpatient, multidisciplinary clinic setting
- Collaborate closely with our chiropractors and other practitioners to coordinate patient care and optimize recovery outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, exercise programs, and self-management strategies
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans to maximize results
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress notes, and records in compliance with healthcare standards
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Valid licensure/registration as a Physiotherapist in Alberta
- Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, with a patient-centered approach to care
- Solid understanding of physiotherapy-relevant medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills with patients and fellow healthcare professionals
- Comfortable working independently as the clinic's only physio, while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- New graduates encouraged to apply — mentorship and support available as you build your practice
Preference will be given to candidates with training in IMS, dry needling, and/or acupuncture.
