Anubis 3D is hiring a Production Technician to support our additive manufacturing operations. This role focuses on quality assurance (QA) of 3D printed parts & End of Arm Tools and equipment maintenance to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using advanced 3D printing technology.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop and improve QC processes and documentation
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and Corrective actions
- Inspect 3D printed parts and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for accuracy and quality
- Strong GD&T Knowledge
- Use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to verify specifications
- Identify defects and ensure parts meet internal and customer standards
- Maintain QC records and part traceability
Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance on 3D printers and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain QC-related equipment and ensure a clean inspection environment
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
Additional Responsibilities
- Support production and operations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with general production workflow
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing, production, or a technical environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with quality control processes or inspection tools
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Background working with electrical and pneumatic systems (required)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication skills (English)
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing
- Experience running Fanuc robot
- Experience with equipment maintenance or repair
- Mechanical engineering or technical education
