Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing front desk duties, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk
- Manage phone system, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using MangoMint, and other relevant software
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
- Support medical operations if applicable, including patient check-in/out and insurance verification
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a spa or office setting
- Experience with MangoMint is a plus but not required as training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities confidently and professionally
- This position requires a reliable individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff alike.
Pay: $17.50-$19.00 per hour
