WHOLESALE ACCOUNT MANAGER - Sales & Customer Service (Fashion Industry)
Sarah Pacini is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wholesale Account Manager, Sales & Customer Service professional to support the growth of our wholesale business across Canada.
This position combines wholesale sales, account management, customer service, and operational coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing wholesale relationships, managing customer accounts, and supporting the growth of the business across Canada.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wholesale Sales & Business Development
- Conduct seasonal selling appointments in the Montreal showroom and at client locations.
- Travel within Canada to maintain existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with independent boutiques, specialty retailers, and wholesale partners.
- Achieve sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the wholesale business.
Account Management & Customer Service
- Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure orders are accurately processed, confirmed, and delivered according to agreed timelines.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle.
- Manage claims, returns, exchanges, and after-sales support when required.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor customer payments, credit approvals, and outstanding balances when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Fluency in English is required; professional proficiency in French is strongly preferred.
- Candidate must be based in Quebec and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Italian is considered an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience in the fashion, apparel, luxury, or wholesale industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and sales skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Cegid is an asset.
- Valid passport and ability to travel within Canada and internationally as required.
