Tru-Tech Precision is an ISO9001:AS9100D-certified machine shop specializing in high-precision components for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with lathe, milling, and 5-axis operations and be proficient in programming and operating CNC machines in a quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and 5-axis machining centers
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and CAD files
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam software
- Perform in-process and final inspections; maintain precision tolerances
- Document work in accordance with AS9100D quality management system requirements
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC lathes and mills
- Experience with 5-axis machining preferred
- Experience with Mastercam software
- Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with aerospace quality standards (AS9100) a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
