Skilled Labourer – Woodworking & Flooring Production
Location: Georgetown, ON

We are currently hiring competent and reliable Skilled Labourers for a fast-paced wood flooring and lumber production environment. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and are eager to be part of a supportive and motivating team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with woodworking and flooring production processes
- Support material preparation tasks
- Operate power tools and production equipment safely
- Measure and cut materials accurately using measuring tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop
- Follow production and safety procedures consistently
- Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs safely
Qualifications
- Must be able to safely use power tools
- Must be able to use and read a measuring tape accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and character
- Forklift certification considered an asset
- Previous experience in woodworking, manufacturing, or industrial production environments considered an asset
- Positive attitude
