Canadian Journeyman Instrument Technician – Williston, ND
Crossroad Energy Solutions is seeking an experienced Canadian Journeyman Instrument Technician (Red Seal) to support our growing operations in the Bakken region.

What You'll Do
- Perform instrumentation installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance on upstream and midstream oil and gas facilities
- Work at compressor stations, wellsites, SWDs, CTBs, and production facilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and control systems
- Support automation and field control systems
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical solutions
- Work closely with operations, electrical, and automation teams
Required Qualifications
- Canadian Journeyman Instrument Technician (Red Seal)
- 6+ years of oil and gas instrumentation experience
- Strong upstream and midstream oil and gas background
- Field automation experience
- Tube bending experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing and a background check
- Clear criminal record required for U.S. work visa processing
Preferred Qualifications
- PLC, RTU, or automation programming experience
- Experience with control systems and VFD/VSD applications
- Current industry safety certifications
Compensation & Benefits
- $48–$58 CAD equivalent hourly compensation

- First Aid/CPR
- H2S Clear
- Fall Arrest
- NFPA 70E (Arc Flash)
- Aerial Lift
