Job Summary
Brown Donkatsu, a popular Korean restaurant chain is seeking a dedicated kitchen staff to join our vibrant restaurant team. This role involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and providing excellent service to our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and portion all items, meat and vegetables efficiently and with attention to detail
- Monitor food temperatures. Report any discrepancies
- Utilize various kitchen skills and cooking methods to meet Brand standards
- Prepare and stock all line product items and garnishes including maintaining assigned par levels
- Wash and sanitize all glassware, dinnerware, cutlery and serviceware, ready for use
- Other duties may be assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of previous restaurant kitchen or cooking experience is an asset
Skills & Qualifications
- Energetic – ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player – assist in a positive guest experience however necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
