Position Overview:
A. Berger Precision is currently looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Brampton.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and are comfortable working overnight shifts.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Friday: 12:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts into machines
- Sort, stack, and package finished parts
- Complete production cards and tracking sheets
- Follow machine start-up procedures and PM checklists
- Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards
- Use measuring devices when required
- Read basic part drawings when necessary
- Follow company safety procedures and work instructions
- Support additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset
- Experience working in a machine shop or industrial environment is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic English communication skills required
