Glenmore Family Dental Care is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. We are seeking someone who works well in an organized environment, provides excellent patient care, and is willing to support both clinical assisting and sterilization duties.
Position Details
Position: Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours:
- Monday to Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- No weekends

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensed in Alberta (required)
- Previous dental assisting experience expected
- Comfortable with chairside assisting, sterilization duties, and supporting daily clinical operations
- Experience taking radiographs and maintaining accurate clinical records
- Ability to prepare treatment rooms, maintain inventory, and assist with operatory turnover and clinic flow
- Knowledge of ClearDent software is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering excellent patient care
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
