This is a hybrid position based in our Vancouver, BC office.
In this position you will:

- Develop and prioritize development stories, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to after-action reviews for data projects.
- Establish programmatic processes to proactively measure and manage data quality (ideally automated) using SQL and related languages; coordinate remediation of data defects and data quality problems.
- Collaborate with the Data & Intelligence team to implement common data definitions and metadata documentation. Serve as an EDW and data-source subject matter expert.
You’re a good fit if you have:

- Strong, hands-on SQL and Python proficiency — query authoring, performance tuning, data validation, and transformation/automation work in Microsoft Fabric notebooks.
- Power BI and DAX for reporting and dashboarding.
- Practical exposure to data warehousing, business intelligence, data modeling, and master data management concepts.
- Demonstrated SCRUM/Agile experience.
- Understanding of data governance, data integration, and master data management best practices.
- A consultative style that leverages both business and technical resources.
Strong assets (nice to haves):
- Familiarity with the EPIC broker management system.
- Exposure to NetSuite / NetSuite Analytics Warehouse.
