Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling cabinets with precision, adhering to detailed schematics and blueprints, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinets according to schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools and power tools to accurately cut, fit, and secure components
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure precise assembly
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards
- Work with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist in the installation of cabinets on-site as needed
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry, flooring installation, or plumbing when required
Requirements
- Proven experience in assembly, woodworking, or cabinetry preferred
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or electrical work is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
- Prior experience with construction estimating or concrete forming is beneficial but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
