Our agency is expanding, and we're looking for a seasoned Account Director to own the senior client relationship function at One Net. Reporting to the CEO, you will be the strategic anchor for a portfolio of key agency accounts and responsible for client satisfaction, account growth, and ensuring cross-functional teams (strategy, content, creative, development, and media) deliver work that meets business objectives and client expectations. You'll be on every client call as a trusted advisor to ensure clients make the best use of their investment with our agency.

Own overall health, satisfaction, and growth of an assigned portfolio of client accounts

Serve as the primary senior point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders

Identify and lead upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts

Create and deliver estimates to clients
- Partner with strategy, content, creative, development, and media teams to ensure work aligns with client goals and agency standards

Eliminate client confusion and misaligned expectations

Lead account planning, quarterly business reviews, and renewal strategy

Manage account profitability, scope, and forecasting in partnership with leadership

Drive P&L meetings

Mentor and manage Producers and Directors on account management strategy and client communications

Identify and mitigate account risk; escalate to CEO and resolve client issues proactively

Contribute to new business efforts, including pitches for existing client revenue expansion and new business proposals

10+ years of agency Account Director, sales or account management experience

An undergraduate degree in Business or similar

Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines; strategy, content, creative, development, SEO, AI visibility, media and measurement.

You can extract insight from Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, Hotjar, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn ads to present opportunities for website, campaign and content performance to clients

Polished communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Budgeting, forecasting, and scope management experience to ensure project and account profitability

Stay on top of industry and market trends such as AI visibility and creator / influencer marketing
Nice to have:

Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or agentic workflows

Existing network of client relationships in tech, gaming and tourism

Practice in pitch frameworks such as CLOSER, STRONG and Inception
