Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, managing orders, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients
- Experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship management
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and other sales software
- Skills in problem-solving and critical thinking to address customer needs
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- An understanding of cleaning or related products is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
