About the Role
Walk into an organisation, understand how people work, and help them work differently with AI. You will deliver foundational AI training, run masterclasses, lead workshops, and grow into a full engagement lead over time. - Deliver foundational AI training programmes to client teams, from executives to practitioners
- Run AI masterclasses and workshops tailored to each client's context
- Support change management as clients adopt AI-driven workflows

- Partner with senior consultants on account growth and scoping follow-on work
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
- Understanding of AI productivity tools and how they change the way people work
- Strong facilitation skills: you can run a room, read an audience, and adapt on the fly
- Highly personable; clients need to trust you before they will change how they work
- Comfort with AI tools across the landscape (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting or professional services
- Background in change management or organisational development
- Experience building training programmes or curricula
- Understanding of AI governance, ethics, and responsible adoption
