Role: Time Administrator
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Term: Fulltime, Contract based until December 2026 - with possibility of extension.
The Opportunity
As the Time Administrator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely entry of time data into SAP, supporting payroll and financial deadlines across a high-volume site. Working closely with the HR team, you’ll bring clarity and consistency to the way time is tracked, monitored, and reported—all while keeping things moving behind the scenes.
You’ll be the go-to person for time-related inquiries, reporting, and problem-solving, with the opportunity to support key union-related processes and broader HR projects. If you're driven, detail-obsessed, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
As the Time Administrator, you will:
- Key a high volume of time data into SAP system from timecards and other sources
- Monitor incoming data for outliers and potential errors
- Run various reports from SAP and other systems on a daily, weekly or bi-weekly basis
- Ensure all data is entered to meet payroll and financial deadlines
- Respond to employee time-related inquiries
- Assist with time related CBA matters including problem solving of the same
- Assist the Human Resources team with projects and processes on an as needed basis
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a payroll, data entry, HR, or accounting role which required a high volume of transactions would be an asset
- Relevant post-secondary degree or diploma would be an asset
- Attitude for attention to detail and time management
- Good communication and client service skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong skills in MS Office programs and other software
- Experience in SAP would be an asset
This role is a safety sensitive position. The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment check and Drug & Alcohol testing.
