Position: Corporate Sponsorship & Membership Sales Lead

The Role
The Corporate Partnership & Membership Sales Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and premium membership sales. This role blends outbound business development with relationship management, positioning the club as a premier destination for sport, wellness, and community.
Expected Outcomes:
Drive Corporate Sponsorship Revenue
- Identify, target, and secure corporate sponsors aligned with the club’s brand (local businesses, national brands, wellness partners)
- Develop customized sponsorship packages (events, leagues, branded spaces, digital exposure)
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
- Maintain strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Grow Corporate & Premium Membership Sales
- Prospect and close corporate membership accounts (team packages, employee wellness programs, client entertainment)
- Sell premium and high-value individual memberships
- Build relationships with local businesses to position the club as a go-to destination
- Collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Build Strategic Community Partnerships
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, leagues, and community groups
- Collaborate on co-branded events, tournaments, and activations
- Leverage partnerships to drive both sponsorship visibility and membership growth
- Represent the club at networking events and within the local business community
Execute Event & Sponsorship Activations
- Support the planning and execution of sponsored events, tournaments, and corporate activations
- Ensure sponsors receive high-quality visibility from their investment
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a premium experience
Manage Relationships & Drive Retention
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with sponsors and corporate members
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
- Track performance and ROI for sponsors
Skills/Experience Required
- 2+ years in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience in a club, sports, fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle environment strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and partnerships simultaneously.
- Energetic, proactive, and highly self-motivated
- Passion for pickleball, community-building and helping players improve.
