PROJECT COORDINATOR

$70,000 – $85,000 + Benefits
An established infrastructure contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of civil construction projects across Ontario.
This role is ideal for a construction professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to all aspects of project delivery while developing toward a future Project Manager position.
Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, contracts, and correspondence
- Assist with project scheduling, procurement, and reporting
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and project controls
- Coordinate subcontractor documentation and compliance requirements
- Assist with change orders, billing, and contract administration
- Track quantities, production data, and project progress
- Support project closeout documentation and warranty activities
- Conduct field measurements and quantity takeoffs as required
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of project coordination or construction administration experience
- Experience within civil or infrastructure construction preferred
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or similar platforms is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
