We are seeking a Lead Field Valve Service Technician to join our team.

What you will do in this role:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and testing of industrial valves in field applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively to ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate leadership skills and maintain a high level of accountability
- Support the organization’s commitment to safety and quality
What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with less than 6 demerits (province-specific)
- No suspensions or convictions within the past 3 years
- Valid safety certifications, including Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, CSO, AWP, and Fall Protection
- Knowledge of the oilfield service industry
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working in confined spaces
- Demonstrates leadership skills and an above-average work ethic
