What you'll learn
- Mixing specialized polymers to exact specs
- Running professional spray equipment and pumps
- Surface prep with industrial blasting and grinding equipment
- Setting up clean, organized, efficient work stations
What you need
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet through a long day
- Willing to learn, follow safety protocols, and figure things out on the job
- Ready to travel across southwestern Ontario

The schedule
Full-time and permanent. Twelve-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed in busy season. 40+ hours guaranteed. Active, hands-on work, mostly on-site, never stuck behind a desk.
