Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with kitchen duties such as food preparation and plating
- Handle cash and process payments using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in cashiering and handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, making change
- Familiarity with the food industry and different types of cuisine
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with coworkers
