Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to support our digital marketing team. This position is suited for someone who enjoys analyzing search performance, identifying growth opportunities, and turning data insights into practical SEO strategies.
What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
- Perform technical SEO evaluations and collaborate with developers on implementation.
- Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Develop and maintain content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and supporting assets.
- Track and analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Prepare monthly SEO reports and communicate insights to internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
- Support site migrations, redesigns, and new website launches using SEO best practices.
- Work collaboratively with UI/UX, development, and PPC teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel alignment.
- Monitor industry developments and algorithm updates to adapt strategies proactively.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of practical SEO experience (agency experience is an asset).
- Solid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principles.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or similar tools.
- Strong ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or comparable CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
