The FP&A Manager is responsible for the consolidation and reporting of the B2C financials, including Store P& L model. The Manager will oversee and drive the planning, forecasting, and reporting of retail operation expenditures (store and field labour , rent & occupancy, repair & maintenance, supplies, etc.) across Staples Canada. The manager will primarily be supporting senior leaders across numerous departments such as Retail Workforce Planning, Operational Excellence, Facilities Management, Real Estate, HR, and Field Services on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business results and cost control. Drives, tracks and supports management of quarterly and yearly targets. Continuously identifies and recommends all necessary actions to improve the financial performance and efficiency of the business . Participates in the strategic business planning for the organization. Manages and mentors FP&A analyst, providing guidance and coaching on financial reporting, modelling and analysis in support of company objectives.
