Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, mixing, plating, and garnishing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas throughout shifts
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle food responsibly with attention to cleanliness and hygiene
- Strong serving skills with excellent customer service orientation
- Experience in food handling, meal preparation, and working in fast-paced environments

- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
