Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team in a dynamic hospitality environment. This full-time or part-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional guest experiences. Prior experience in cleaning, hotel operations, or custodial work is highly valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are spotless, comfortable, and welcoming for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and products
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
- Adhere to hotel policies regarding sanitation and hygiene standards
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when necessary to support overall facility upkeep
- Work in the laundry area as necessary or as directed to support operational needs
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks within designated timeframes
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and guests
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift light to moderate loads as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
Pay: $17.60 per hour
