About the Role
We’re looking for a self-motivated B2B Sales Executive who thrives on in-person cold approaches. This is a pure field role — you’ll primarily be meeting General Managers and Property Managers at commercial properties across Metro Vancouver, with the possibility of occasional work in Alberta (Edmonton and Calgary).
If you enjoy being on the road, managing your own day, and starting conversations with decision-makers, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-person cold approaches at commercial properties across Metro Vancouver
- Engage General Managers and Property Managers in professional conversations
- Manage your own schedule, territory, and sales pipeline
- Drive between properties throughout the day
- Occasional travel to Alberta markets (Edmonton and Calgary) as needed
- Track activity and opportunities in a basic CRM / pipeline system
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Comfortable with in-person cold approaches — this is the core of the job
- Strong verbal communication skills; able to hold a confident conversation with a GM or Property Manager
- Self-directed and organized — you’ll manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Valid BC driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (you’ll be driving between properties daily)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Based in Metro Vancouver (with willingness to travel to Alberta as required)
Nice to Have
- B2B sales experience, especially field or outside sales
- Background in property management, construction, facilities, hospitality, or building services
- Existing relationships with property managers or commercial building owners
- Comfort with basic CRM or pipeline tracking tools
- Ability to speak additional languages common in the Metro Vancouver market
Schedule & Location
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Primary territory: Metro Vancouver
- Occasional travel to Alberta (Edmonton and Calgary) may be required
- Must have reliable transportation
