Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as helpers and apprentices. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, priming, etc.)
- Apply paint, stains, and coatings with precision and care
- Work on both interior and exterior painting projects
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Build positive relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards
- Working along side crew leads and other painters to learn the trade and assist with different tasks.
Who we are looking for:
- Previous painting experience appreciated but not required; we are more than willing to train the right person.
- Strong attention to quality and detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding and man lifts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
