Food Production Associate
Location: Cambridge, ON
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $26.00 per hour
Pivotal Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable and motivated individuals to join a leading food manufacturing facility in Cambridge. We are currently recruiting for a variety of departments, including Production, Packaging, Machine Operation, Material Handling, and Processing.

Responsibilities
- Assist with food production and packaging operations.
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
- Prepare materials for production and maintain an organized work area.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehouse environments is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual.
Available Shifts
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
