Are you an experienced Medical Office Administrator looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? A busy private medical clinic is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and bookkeeping skills.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage patient scheduling and clinic operations using MedAccess
✔ Maintain accurate billing and bookkeeping records
✔ Proficiently use Excel, Word, and other office software
✔ Handle confidential patient information with discretion
✔ Manage conflict resolution and effective communication with patients and staff
✔ Work independently under pressure while ensuring smooth daily operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Proficient in MedAccess EMR (required)
✔ Strong Excel, Word, and bookkeeping skills
✔ Experience in a medical office setting preferred
✔ Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
✔ Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
Location: Victoria, BC
Pay: $26/hour
Hours: Full-time or part-time flexibility available
