Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team as a Chair Rental Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services to clients, utilizing your expertise in esthetics to enhance their appearance and confidence. This position offers the flexibility of chair rental, allowing you to operate independently within our established salon environment. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients through effective communication skills, explaining procedures, products, and aftercare instructions clearly.
- Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling guest inquiries efficiently.
- Promote retail sales through engaging interactions and personalized recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to provide innovative treatments and maintain professional growth.
Requirements
- Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Excellent sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the salon environment.
- Effective communication skills for engaging clients and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently.
- Experience working at the front desk or handling guest services is a plus.
- Knowledge of product demos and hospitality skills beneficial for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
