Steamworks Brewpub is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team for an exciting seasonal contract opportunity! If you’re energetic, guest-focused, passionate about craft beer and cocktails, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to meet you.
As we gear up for a busy summer season, we’re seeking hospitality pros who bring great vibes, strong bartending skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. This seasonal contract starts ASAP and runs through September 30, 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and consistently
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and memorable bar experience
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on craft beer, cocktails, and menu pairings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Accurately process guest orders and payments
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff in a high-volume environment
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible beverage service standards are followed
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, pub, or bar environment
- Valid Serving It Right certification
- Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, and beverage service standards
