We're looking for a warm, energetic Sales Assistant to help create the in-store experience Billie's House is known for. If you love flowers, beautiful things, and making people's day, this is for you. No florist experience required — just a great attitude and a genuine love of customer service.
What you'll do
- Welcome customers, help them choose flowers, gifts, and décor, and make their visit memorable
- Ring up sales on our POS and handle cash and card payments accurately
- Wrap purchases, prepare simple arrangements, and keep the shop looking beautiful
- Restock shelves and coolers, tidy displays, and help with seasonal setups (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day)
- Take phone and in-person orders and pass delivery details to the team
What we're looking for
- A friendly, upbeat personality and a real eye for presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working weekends and busy holiday periods
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
- Retail or customer-service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person

- An interest in flowers, design, or home décor
