Asphalt Labourer – Crack Sealing & Pothole Repair
We are currently hiring hardworking and reliable Asphalt Labourers to join our growing team. Our company specializes in asphalt maintenance, crack sealing, pothole repairs, parking lot maintenance, and roadway repairs for commercial, municipal, and residential projects.
This is a physically demanding outdoor position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced crew environment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing new asphalt installation, crack sealing and pothole repairs
- Assisting with asphalt patching and general roadway maintenance
- Operating hand tools, compactors, blowers, and other equipment safely
- Cleaning and preparing work areas before repairs
- Traffic control setup and site safety maintenance
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Following company safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to work long hours day and night outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labour
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- Ability to work well independently and with a crew
- Experience in asphalt is an asset
