Customer Service Associate
Overview
We are seeking Customer Service Associates for part-time, possible full-time, who are ready to make a difference one customer at a time! Must be 19 years of age or older, passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. A hardworking , dependable individual who is a great team player and can work independently. Friendly, positive and eager to help customers!
Responsibilities
- Provide every customer with friendly, fast and exceptional customer service.
- Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently (training provided).
- Process cash, debit, credit, lottery, and other transactions.
- Greet customers and assist them with purchases and questions.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring products are well presented.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe store inside and outside.
- Prepare food service products while following food service standards.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as needed.
- Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries.
- Promote store specials and loyalty programs.
- Work independently and as part of an amazing team to keep the store running smoothly.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention practices.
- Be reliable, punctual, and flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere where customers enjoy stopping in and leave with a positive experience.
