Altitude Electric is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team.
We specialize in:
- High-quality residential renovations
- Custom homes
- Small commercial tenant improvements
- Service upgrades
- Lighting and power retrofits
- Clean, organized electrical work for good clients and contractors
We are not a production housing company and we are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision. We want a skilled electrician who can think independently, communicate well, and help lead projects in the field.
What We’re Looking For
You must be confident with:
- Canadian Electrical Code
- Residential renovation work
- Commercial TI work
- Service troubleshooting
- Running jobs independently
- Reading drawings and layouts
- Communicating with inspectors, GCs, and clients
- Mentoring apprentices
Ideal candidate:
- Red Seal / Journeyman Electrician
- 5+ years field experience
- Clean and organized workmanship
- Professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to work independently without hand holding
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running small-to-medium projects
- Leading apprentices on site
- Installing and troubleshooting electrical systems
- Service upgrades and panel work
- Commercial tenant improvement projects
- Working directly with the owner and project team
- Helping maintain high workmanship standards
