We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive the next phase of growth at Taylor Demers & Formost mediaOne.
We operate across multiple verticals including Transactional Communications, Financial Services, Book Publishing, Direct Mail, and OMNI-Channel solutions – serving clients with complex, long-cycle needs (8-18 months).

This is NOT a traditional marketing role.
We are looking or someone who can build and execute a B2B marketing strategy that generates qualified leads – not just activity.
We do not have a traditional sales team. Our structure is built around:
- Marketing = Qualified Opportunity Creation
- Leadership (CEO & VP Customer Service) = Client Engagement & Closing
- CSR Team = Relationship Management & Growth
This role is to build and feed the pipeline that drives this model.
The Role
We are hiring a full-time Marketing Specialist who will be responsible to:
- Develop targeted B2B campaigns across key industries
- Identify and build Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
- Generate qualified opportunities for our internal team
- Align closely with leadership (CEO & VP Customer Service)
- Track performance and refine strategy based on results
This role is for someone who is comfortable being measured on pipeline creation and real business outcomes. If you experience is primarily focused on brand management, social media, or campaign coordination without direct accountability for generating qualified B2B opportunities, this role will not be the right fit.

Compensation Structure:
- Secure Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000
- Pipeline Generation Bonus for Approved Active Opportunities
- Revenue Participation on Secured Lead
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
