Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) – Surgical & Digital Practice | $33–$42/hr

Clinical Responsibilities
- Assist in restorative, surgical, implant, endodontic, and orthodontic procedures
- Maintain strict infection control standards
- Take digital radiographs and iTero scans
- Support 3D printing workflows (SprintRay)
- Assist with same-day crown and bridge workflows (CEREC / Glidewell)
- Complete accurate and timely charting in Cleardent
- Deliver confident patient education and post-operative instructions
- Anticipate clinical needs and maintain efficient operatory flow
- Support inventory management and clinical organization
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), licensed and in good standing in BC
- Orthodontic Module certification is considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy clinical setting
- Strong proficiency with digital systems and modern dental technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic

Compensation
$33–$42 per hour, based on clinical proficiency, digital skill set, efficiency, and overall contribution to practice flow.
Top-of-range compensation is reserved for candidates who demonstrate advanced surgical and restorative assisting skills, excellent chairside efficiency, consistent reliability, and leadership within the team.
Compensation growth is performance-based and reviewed regularly.
