Business Development Representative — Titan York (Commercial Real Estate)
Role Summary
This is not a typical sales job.
This role is designed as a stepping stone into commercial real estate industry.
This is an outbound appointment setting role which involves outreach to GTA business owners and market research.
Responsibilities
- 75+ outbound calls/day
- Book 3–4 qualified meetings/week
- Research and qualify GTA business owners, C-Level executives
- Log calls in CRM (Pipedrive)
- Participate in weekly coaching, training and performance reviews
Compensation
- $50,000 base
- Target based bonuses.
- $80,000 OTE

BDR - Junior Advisor - Commercial Real Estate Agent
High performers will be given the opportunity to:
- Build toward becoming a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent
- Progress into advisory roles
- Join live deal teams
- Learn lease negotiations, site selection, transaction execution, and Tenant Representation.

- 1–2 years in sales, call-based roles, or outbound business development experience
