Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Full Time Staff to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain accurate cash handling records
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food presentation, serving, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
- Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow
Skills
- Food preparation experience and knowledge of food handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Cashiering experience and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculation
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Upselling abilities to promote menu items and increase sales potential
