Property Maintenance & Safety Attendant
Full-Time | Abbotsford, Mission, Surrey & Vancouver
At HyLand Properties, your work has a meaningful impact. We're seeking a reliable, hands-on team member based in Abbotsford to help maintain safe, clean, and professionally managed residential and commercial properties across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and parking lots.
- Remove garbage, debris, and abandoned materials.
- Monitor safety concerns and respond appropriately.
- Complete minor maintenance repairs.
- Perform seasonal duties including light snow removal, salting, window cleaning, and light groundskeeping.
- Complete inspections, reports, and documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in property maintenance, building operations, cleaning, caretaking, security, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
- BC Security Workers Licence with Security Guard endorsement preferred.
- First Aid and WHMIS Certification are assets.
