About the Role
Smith’s Pharmacy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Natural Health Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplements, vitamins, and professional health product lines, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall health and wellness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Extensive knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and professional health product lines
- Graduate of a Nutrition, Holistic Medicine, Homeopathic Medicine, or Naturopathic Medicine program
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a supplement store
- Strong knowledge of professional supplement brands and products
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Passion for health and wellness
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Commitment to Smith’s Pharmacy’s values, policies, and procedures
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vitamins, supplements, and natural health products within the pharmacy’s natural health dispensary
- Promote and sell vitamins, supplements, and professional product lines
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Operate point-of-sale systems and utilize computer applications effectively
- Support pharmacy staff as needed
- Organize, stock, and merchandise products
- Participate in promotional, educational, and community events organized by Smith’s Pharmacy
- Be available to work shifts at the Vaughan location when required
