Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $70-$75
Signing Bonus: $15,000 (1-year commitment) or $25,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
About the Position:
We are looking for a compassionate and committed Pharmacy Manager to join our growing pharmacy team in Kentville, NS. Pharmacy Details:
Our pharmacy is supported by 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, filling 200 to 300 prescriptions each day. We enjoy well-supported staff and efficient systems that promote smooth operations and excellent service.

Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
MedsCheck Services
Minor Ailments Prescribing
Travel Health Consultations
Blister Packaging
Immunizations & Vaccinations
Primary Duties:
Deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care and comprehensive patient education
Provide clinical services such as OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient daily workflows
Follow provincial regulations and maintain professional standards
Foster a warm, patient-focused atmosphere
Requirements:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in NS
Strong communication and patient interaction abilities
Prior experience with OAT and clinical services is a plus
