Landscape Construction Foreman

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of hard and soft landscaping
- Proven ability to manage projects from planning to completion
- Experience operating skid steer, excavator, backhoe, and loader
- Ability to read civil, architectural, and landscape drawings
- Valid Class G license with driver’s abstract and reliable transportation
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Landscape diploma/certificate considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and lead a crew of 3+ staff and operators
- Coordinate all aspects of job sites, including materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to Canadian Landscape Standards
- Maintain daily electronic logs, time sheets, and project records
- Perform and oversee landscape construction and maintenance tasks as needed
- Operate equipment safely and conduct pre-use inspections
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
