Anytime Fitness Silverado and our sister location, Anytime Fitness Sundance, are looking for a motivated, outgoing Part‑Time Membership Advisor to join our team! This role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who enjoys sales, customer service, and creating a positive experience for our members.Position Details:
- Part‑time role with varying hours
- Guaranteed minimum of one shift per week, with the opportunity for additional shifts based on performance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available Monday evenings
- Primarily evenings (5pm–9pm) and weekends (9am–3pm)
- Additional coverage may be required as needed
- Must be willing to work at either Anytime Fitness Silverado or Anytime Fitness Sundance, depending on scheduling needs
- Includes a free membership for you and a complimentary membership for a friend or family member
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Signing up new members and providing engaging club tours
- Assisting with member inquiries, account questions, and general support
- Participating in social media content creation (photos, videos, stories, etc.) to help promote the club
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment (cleaning is a regular part of the role)
- Opening and closing the club when scheduled
- Supporting sales goals and promoting a positive member experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with new people
- Previous sales experience is an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings/weekends
- Takes pride in keeping the club clean and organized
- Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media content
- Flexible and willing to work at both Silverado and Sundance locations
